Debt negotiation seems to be increasing as a viable solution for people struggling with debt. Over the past year I have been following the market pretty closely and it is very difficult to to define what is actually being purchased for your settlement agreement. I am aware that there are a large group of debt settlement providers available in the market that provide fantastic debt solutions and the debt cusotmers truely benefit, but I have also heard there are tons of debt settlement companies out there that are focused on collecting customer payments and enrolling new clients. This is obviosly why we see all this new federal regulation covering the debt consolidation industry. My cousin utilized a debt operation and is honestly very super happy with the overall results.
